I forgot my ACN View user/password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password - Press here or visit the Member Center to retrieve your password via email. Right below the login fields, click ‘Forgot your password?’ enter the email address you used when you first signed up and the password will be sent to you. If you forgot your user – please contact customer service to retrieve your ACN View account.
I am unable to use ACN View. The app indicates that it is not registered.

Please note that the parameters under ‘Mobile Data Network’ – ‘Use when available’ and ‘Allow VoIP calls’ are unchecked by default. To use ACN View over 3G/4G connection, you will have to mark these two parameters and by doing so acknowledge that you are willing to use the app over your data connection and be subjected to whatever fees your mobile provider might charge you for data usage.
Without marking these two parameters you will only be able to use the app over Wi-Fi.
If the problem occurs over Wi-Fi as well please contact Customer Care.
How do I adjust the ringer volume?

Use the volume switch on the side of the device to adjust the volume of the ringer.
To get a ringtone to play, you can go to Settings > Preferences and go to the ring tone selector. Here you can play the tone while adjusting the volume.

What does 401 Error when making a call mean?

There are two main reasons for this error message to be heard:
Why can't I receive any incoming calls?

ACN View can only receive incoming calls when it is running and registered. If you can't receive any incoming calls, be sure that your account is enabled and the application is running and registering.
If all settings are correct and you still can't get any incoming calls, you may wish to check the firewall settings of the local network environment you are using. For specific instructions regarding firewalls, please visit out FAQ’s at acnview.com or contact Customer Care.
Can I stop incoming mobile calls from interrupting my VoIP Calls?

Both Android OS and iOS require that all apps give way to Incoming Calls on the mobile phone, including our VoIP apps.
When possible, our app attempts to put the VoIP call on hold. In certain circumstances this won't work due to network limitations, and the call may be lost.
What does error 404 when making a call mean?

This error means that our network is unable to find or recognize the phone number you have entered. We recommend that you ensure you have entered a valid phone number and try again. If the problem persists after the destination number is confirmed as valid, please contact Customer Care.
I am trying to make a conference call and getting error 480 when I call the second phone number.

Please note that this feature works only when the existing call you are on as incoming (meaning that someone called you). While on an incoming call, you will be able to call a second party and join them to one conference call. If you try to call a second number while you are on an existing outgoing call, error 480 will indeed be heard.
There are specific phone numbers I cannot reach. What could this be?

Firstly make sure that indeed there are only specific phone numbers you cannot reach while others you can. If so, please check if the number you are trying to reach is also an ACN View user. If they are, the calls are routed to their app by default and it is possible that that user is simply offline at this moment. If so, just add the prefix ‘28’ at the beginning of the number and your app will force the call to ring on the other party’s regular phone line.

If the destination number is not an ACN View user, or you used the prefix ‘28’ and cannot reach the number, please contact Customer Care.
How do I set up an Android Tablet user as a Buddy? No mobile phone number is linked to it.

When ACN View is used on an Android tablet as a standalone product, the user also subscribes to a dedicated virtual phone number that is available for incoming calls on their tablet, from any phone line, as long as they have available Internet connection. 이 두 가지 설정을 활성화하지 않으면 Wi-Fi(와이파이)에서만 이용이 가능합니다.

ACN View 통화가 연결된 상태에서 일반 모바일로 전화가 오면 어떻게 되나요?

안드로이드와 아이폰 운영체제(iOS) 모두 ACN View 앱 뿐 아니라 일반 모바일로 연결된, 이동통신사를 통한 외부 수신 전화를 모두 허용하도록 구현되어 있습니다.

기본적으로 본 앱은 VoIP 전화를 보류 상태로 만들고 일반 모바일 통화를 하실 수 있습니다 . 하지만 어떤 경우에는 네트워크 상태의 제약으로 인해 기존 연결된 전화가 끊어질 수 있습니다.
전화 발신을 시도할 때 404 에러 메시지를 받게 됩니다.

본 에러 메시지는 VoIP 망쪽에서 입력한 전화번호를 찾거나 인식할 수 없을 때 발생합니다. 입력한 전화번호가 맞는 지 다시 확인하시고 걸어 주시기 바랍니다. 전화번호에 이상이 없는데도 동일 증상이 일어나면 고객센터에 연락주시기 바랍니다.
특정 전화번호로 연결을 할 수 없습니다.

우선 다른 전화번호로 걸 때는 이상이 없는데도 어느 특정한 전화번호에 대해서만 연결이 안되는 지 한번 더 확인하십시오. 특정 전화번호로 걸 때에만 문제가 발생한다면 그 전화번호가 ACN View 사용자로 등록된 번호인 지 확인하시기 바랍니다. 그 번호가 ACN View 사용자로 등록된 전화번호가 맞다면 현재 그 사용자가 ACN 앱을 실행해 놓지 않은 오프라인 상태입니다. 이 경우에는 그 해당 전화번호 맨 앞에 ‘28’을 붙이게 되면 일반 외부전화망을 통해 그 사용자에게 전화를 걸 수 있게 됩니다.

연결되지 않는 그 특정 번호의 사용자가 ACN View를 사용하고 있지 않거나, ACN View 사용자라서 ‘28’ 프리픽스를 붙여 걸어도 연결이 안되는 경우에는 ACN 고객센터로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
안드로이드 태블릿 유저를 친구로 어떻게 등록하나요? 모바일 번호가 없는 경우입니다.

ACN View 서비스를 안드로이드 태블릿에서 단독으로 사용하는 경우, 사용자가 수신되는 전화를 받을 수 있는 전화번호(아이리스 탭의 경우 070번호)로 가입이 되어 있어야 합니다. 태블릿이 인터넷에 접속되어 있으면 본 전화번호로 외부에서 걸려온 전화를 받을 수 있습니다. 친구로 등록하려면 이 전화번호를 소프트폰 번호에 저장하시면 됩니다. 아래의 절차에 따라 진행하시기 바랍니다.

Pour utiliser ACN View sur un réseau 3G ou 4G, vous devrez cocher ces deux paramètres et ainsi reconnaître que vous acceptez d'utiliser l'application sur les données cellulaires de votre forfait de téléphonie et d'être sujet à tous les types de frais que votre fournisseur de téléphonie mobile pourrait vous facturer pour la consommation de données.
Si ces deux paramètres ne sont pas cochés, vous pourrez uniquement utiliser l'application sur un réseau Wi-Fi.

Comment puis-je ajuster le volume de la sonnerie?

Utilisez le bouton de volume sur le côté de votre appareil pour ajuster le volume de la sonnerie.
